AN ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF MOUNT HOPE, KANSAS, FROM K.S.A. § 15-204 AND K.S.A. § 15-209.

Section 1.  The City of Mount Hope, Kansas, by the power vested in it, under the appropriate Kansas law, elects to make inapplicable to it, and exempt itself from K.S.A. § 15-204 and K.S.A. § 15-209.

Section 2.  The city council shall develop and implement policies and procedures for employing, evaluating and retaining or not retaining in employment all nonelected personnel, including those enumerated in K.S.A. § 15-204.
